A loud moan echoed through the room. A man and a woman were intertwined on a wide bed. The dark green-haired man’s back moved back and forth. Cain’s thing dug deep into her.

The next Duke of Hildayden, Dean Hildayden, a central noble, proposed to Berlia Kinderton, the only daughter of a poor, outlying Baron. Needless to say, Berlia was the daughter of a poor Baron. She was admired by some nobles who fell in love with her beauty, but she could not become their wife. No matter how well it turned out, she would only end up as a mistress.

However, compared to marrying a rich man, she would rather marry a man with a status not far from hers, a Viscount or a Baron.

Berlia forced her body to stand up. She put on her clothes without saying a word.

It has been three years since Berlia married Dean. The relationship between Dean and Berlia at the beginning of their marriage was not like this. Of course, how could they be the same as in the early days of their newlyweds?

It was not an impossible story at all, so Berlia was more anxious. Although she was a noblewoman, she came from a poor Baron family. However, she was able to prevent the downfall of her family, Baron Kinderton, thanks to the fact that Berlia married Dean and became the Duchess. No, in fact, it did more than prevent the downfall, it was correct to say that her marriage had made Baron Kinderton into a well-to-do noble family.
Since she married Dean, her younger brother could be engaged to the Marquis’ daughter. Her family could be happy because she became a Duchess.
She was still only a half-duchess. Therefore, she had to keep this position even more. If she had a child and became the mother of the successor, she could become a Duchess stably.
“How come I decided to get married……?”
Berlia sighed heavily. It was the breath that contained the hardships of this unhappy marriage.
In fact, she had a crush on Dean’s younger brother before she got married. Nevertheless, she had no choice but to marry Dean.

i hate to be the boring one but i hope there’s a difference in sex with the guy’s brother because if it’s the same the only thing that changes is her feelings so i wouldn’t blame her husband for looking for someone who at least pretends to like it, and I bet she gets pregnant pretty quick when she starts with the guy’s brother
