The invasion was successful, but many people had to die to make it happen. Also, there weren’t enough supplies to care for the wounded troops.
“And… to think that my brother died in such a way.”
After coming here, Cain also found out why Dean had died. Cain was shocked when he heard the whole story. Villagers killed Dean as he raped a woman prisoner. His brother was always the worst.

Cain had already taken over this way more than seven towns and cities. If things keep going the way they are, he might be able to win the war sooner than anyone thought. Because he was so eager to return to Berlia, he overdid things and was tired again today. Cain got into bed and closed his eyes slowly.
