After staying at the summer palace for a few days, Astelle regained her strength.

“Countess?”

Inside the gift box are three glass bottles filled with tea leaves. There is also a letter explaining that the tea is beneficial for pregnancy.

Immediately after returning to the palace, the noble ladies have been visiting Astelle and were trying to look especially good.
