I Took Away the Tyrant's Virginity - Chapter 4
Theo muttered. It was a soft voice that seemed to make fun of her on purpose. Judith paused for a moment, but that was all. Her little hands putting on her clothes were still busy. Looking at Judith’s back, Theo got up from the bed.
Judith, startled by him, looked at him, but he went to the table and put on the robe lying on it.
“Where is the woman who threw me to bed and took her clothes off last night?”
There was a lot of laughter in his voice. Judith chewed the inside of her mouth. She blamed herself, but it had already become spilled water. She tied her clothes one last time and bowed her head to Theo.
“I have committed a sin against Your Majesty that I cannot even dare to speak…… If you give me heavenly generosity and spare me, I will go out to the outskirts and never be seen by Your Majesty again, so please……”
“……are you going to leave me?”
Theo’s voice cutting off hers was colder than before. Theo’s dark blue eyes, who had been looking at Judith warmly a while ago, also became cold.
“Does this mean you dare to take away the emperor’s innocence and just leave? Is this a treason?”
A man and woman agreed to leave after having a good night. What treason do you mean?!
The man in front of her was rumored to be a tyrant. But a treason?! Are you kidding me? The faces of her beloved father and brothers passed by.
Still, the emperor only knows her first name, but he does not yet know the name of her family. Her father and brothers will not be called traitors. It was fortunate among misfortunes.
Judith, who was in a panic, came to her senses when she heard Theo’s voice. He, with a cold-hardened face, came in front of her. Now the punishment will fall from that mouth. Whether she’s hanging or beheaded……
Judith closed her eyes tightly.
‘Dad, brothers. This sinful girl goes first. I loved you all so much.’
She could feel Theo’s breath in front of her. Judith waited patiently for punishment. Then a soft voice rang in her ear.
“If you pull me on the bed, you have to take responsibility.”
When she opened her eyes, she saw him smiling.
Wait, he smiles?
His eyes seemed to insist on an answer. Judith blinks. She seemed obliged to answer, so she replied, “I will take responsibility, Your Majesty.”
Then a knock was heard. Theo looked at the door with cold eyes.
“Your Majesty, I brought the meal.”
Just then, a sound came from Judith’s stomach. Judith grabbed her stomach in surprise, but she couldn’t stop the sound. Theo, who was staring at Judith’s blushing face, led the servant into the room.
The servant who brought the meal put it down on the table and went out. Lastly, he did not forget to bow his head to Theo.
Mushroom soup, charred bacon, freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs, lightly blanched basil, and cherry tomatoes lay neatly on the table. The hunger she had forgotten about because of the desperate situation came rushing in. Judith swallowed saliva without realizing it.
“Come here, Judith.”
Theo led Judith to the chair. At that moment, in Judith’s eyes, Theo looked like the sweetest and kindest person in the world, rather than the tyrant who had been talking about treason a while ago.
‘No, I can’t be tempted by the food.’
The man in front of her is a tyrant. Judith shook her head. However, it was difficult for her to turn away from the deliciously flavorful food in front of her eyes.
Judith changed her mind.
‘Should I just eat……?’
Glancing at Theo’s eyes, she took her seat. Her whole body throbbed with every move, but she forgot it when dealing with the delicious food.
“Enjoy your food.”
Judith took a scrambled egg and a leaf of basil and put them in her mouth.
The soft scrambled egg melted in her mouth, and the basil captured the taste that might be greasy, and the aftertaste was perfect.
This time, Judith tore the bread and put it in her mouth. Theo, who looked at her with satisfaction, asked, “So, when is a good time for our wedding?”
She was choked by the bread she was eating. Theo patted Judith on the back and quickly handed her some milk.
“Are you okay?”
After drinking milk, luckily she got better.
‘Wedding? What kind of crazy talk……?’ Judith thought, wiping the tears from her eyes.
She was stunned. Theo’s expression hardened when he saw the tears forming in the corners of Judith’s eyes.
The servant who was waiting outside came straight into the room.
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
“Who set the breakfast menu?”
“It was the head chef–”
“Giving bread to a person who drank too much the day before. So i’s the head chef……? Put him in jail right now.”
As she was eating again, Judith looked at Theo with round eyes. She was so startled that she almost swallowed the basil in her mouth without chewing.
‘No, it’s not the head chef’s fault, it’s because you suddenly said something strange……’
But she can’t afford to say that. And she can’t just let an innocent head chef go to jail. Judith hurriedly came up with a good reason.
“Y-Your Majesty. That’s because I swallowed it wrongly……”
“It’s not your fault, Judith, you have a sore throat. It’s the fault of the loaf of bread and the person who made it.”
‘You must be joking?’
But looking at his expression, he was serious.
‘I can’t believe there will be someone else like my father and brothers.’
