I'm Stuck on a Remote Island With the Male Leads - Chapter 210
“Hey……! What the hell is going on? Wake up! Hey, there! Do something! Open the portal gate now! Come on, let’s move the crown prince!”
Arthdal supported Enoch’s collapsing body and shouted at the knights and wizards of the Langridge Empire.
But none of them moved a muscle. Yuanna’s purification continued.
The excessive release of power had left Yuanna barely holding on to her hazy mind. Her body convulsed. Struggling to keep her wits about her, she said to Arthdal, “There is no turning back……. His Highness the Crown Prince asked me to do this.”
Suddenly, Arthdal felt the mana in his body drain away, and he lost his balance, falling to the ground while still holding Enoch.
“Ugh. What……! What the hell did he ask you to do?”
“He wanted to follow Margaret across the dimension.”
“……!?”
“I needed his life in exchange for breaking the law of cause and effect. If it’s a soul with no body and only mana left, it’s not hard to send it beyond the dimension with the power of purification.”
The light emanating from Yuanna’s hand gradually grew stronger, and Enoch’s eyes slowly closed.
“Wait, Enoch. Hey, wake up!”
Arthdal shook Enoch’s body, but Enoch’s body went limp. As if his soul had been hollowed out.
Kayden sat back in his seat and watched the shocking scene unfold.
Then, the orb crashed to the ground at his feet.
It was the mana orb that Jenas had used. An orb of mana gathered through millennia of experimentation.
Kayden picked it up quietly. He was sure Jenas had used it all, but there was still mana in it.
He glared at the orb.
Yuanna continued to use the power of purification to close the dimensional rift. The divine power that spread from her hands continued to shoot directly into the sky like a beam of light, and in time, the dark clouds began to clear.
The long line in the sky faded away. The air suddenly went from dangerous and unstable to blindingly bright as the sun began to shine through the disappearing dark clouds.
It wasn’t even raining, but there was a huge rainbow in the sky.
Just when Yuanna thought it was a beautiful and soothing sight to behold, the light was completely extinguished from her body.
The entire mana in the world disappeared, and the dimensional rift was closed.
-thud.
Completely exhausted, Yuanna collapsed to the ground. Ruzef, who had been catching his breath nearby, struggled to his feet and approached her, checking her condition.
Luckily, Yuanna was only weak and on the verge of passing out, but nothing seemed to be wrong. At least on the outside.
“All my mana is gone…….”
Arthdal paused, gasping for air.
“Wait…….”
He looked around in disbelief, then frowned.
“You have any mana left?”
“You mean, you can use your magic eye?” Ruzef asked, looking at Arthdal.
He nodded. “It’s a mana-reading eye, not a mana-using eye.”
As he said that, Arthdal’s eyes moved to search for remnants of mana, and Kayden was caught in his vision.
Staring blankly at the spot where Enoch and Margaret had disappeared, a look of despair on Kayden’s face, as if his world had fallen apart.
“Margaret…….”
As he frantically searched for Margaret, Kayden muttered, he looked emotionally unstable.
As his emotional instability grew more and more intense, a violent vortex began to build around him. The vortex of mana slowly engulfed him.
Yuanna watched the scene in disbelief.
If there was any mana left in the world, the dimensional rift would react to it and could never be closed, but Kayden was making it possible.
How on earth?
Even Margaret and Enoch had to be sent beyond the dimension to close the great rift, and how was Kayden making it possible?
Out of the corner of her eye, Yuanna spotted an orb in Kayden’s hand through the gusting wind.
‘What’s that……?’
“Lord! What the hell is going on!” Arthdal asked, puzzled by Kayden’s behavior.
Ruzef, who had regained his senses, approached Yuanna and asked, “Where in the world has Lady Floné gone? What about His Highness the Crown Prince? What the hell is going on!”
Seeing the scene, Ruzef looked at Yuanna with a puzzled face and wrapped his head in his hands. Unable to comprehend the situation, Yuanna sat there in a daze.
“Damn it, my mana…… is gone! My mana……!”
Then she heard the desperate screams of the wizards standing around, confused. One wizard looked in Kayden’s direction.
“By the way, how in the world is the Lord of the Magic Tower using his mana?”
Everyone turned to look at the whirlwind that was building around Kayden.

Margaret disappeared before his eyes.
If only he had been a little stronger. If only he had the power to overcome Jenas, then he wouldn’t have had to send Margaret and Enoch across the dimension.
Why doesn’t he have the power to protect the people he loves? Why doesn’t he always have the power to protect them, or anything?
At that moment, Kayden spotted an orb at his feet. A wisp of white smoke swirled inside the clear bead. A strange energy emanated from the orb.
Bending down to pick it up, he realized that the orb contained the mana that Jenas had gathered through the experiment. He thought he had released all the power he had gathered, but no.
Mana gathered at the expense of innocent test subjects. Not something he could touch lightly or easily.
It was a power far beyond the mother of monsters, and there would be a price to pay if he wished to harness it.
But right now, he needed this power. He needed it desperately.
If only he had more power than Jenas, if only he hadn’t been experimented on, if only he could have had a happier childhood.
If he could have stopped the crazy experiment sooner, before things got out of hand.
Could he have saved Margaret?
Kayden stared down at the orb in his hand in silence.
A complex, intense longing swept through him.
I want to save Margaret.
He’d always wanted to break through the barriers of Rohade and Jenas.
The power of this orb would allow him to do just that.
The changes in his mana that were taking place within his body gave him a positive premonition that he would be able to embrace this power.
He would need to absorb the mana before Yuanna could close the dimensional rift. Kayden focused his energy on the hand holding the orb.
Smoke began to emanate from the orb in his hand, which soon seeped into Kayden’s hand, filling him with a powerful energy.
Anger, despair, frustration, remorse, regret.
Every emotion washed over him in layers. His chest felt like it was burning.
His intense emotions mingled with the orb’s mana and coalesced tightly. Soon, the mana was steadily absorbed into his body.
“Margaret…….”
Kayden stared blankly at the spot where Margaret and Enoch had disappeared.
His heart raced. It felt like boiling water rising up from a deep well.
The stones on the ground rattled as a light breeze blew around him.
The light breeze grew into a fierce whirlwind that wrapped around Kayden and engulfed him.
Electricity began to flow in the whirlwind that swallowed Kayden. The wind soon soared high into the sky. The hem of his robe flapped along with his hair.
Kayden’s fluttering hair grew long, and his red eyes sparkled as they turned a brilliant golden color.
‘It’s done.’
The energy within him has shifted completely. The power within him was overwhelming, so overwhelming that he could barely breathe.
His emotions calm down. The various emotions gradually disappeared, and only reason remained.
He could feel the things he was supposed to have as a human being slowly slipping away, and ‘power’ began to take its place.
Kayden dimly realized that he had surpassed human limits.
He could feel the epidermis of his skin peeling away. It felt like his body was becoming a shell, disappearing, and everything that made him up was being newly reformed.
His flowing hair shot up into the air, and Kayden spread his arms and closed his eyes.
It felt like something he’d always felt lacking had been filled in perfectly. He hadn’t just surpassed Jenas.
He feels like he’s finally complete. He feels like he has everything. A feeling that nothing is missing.
Only one he must find.
‘I must find Margaret and the crown prince.’
Standing where the whirlwind had cleared, he looked up at the sky, now calm and still.
The sky which had been a mess, like a world was falling apart, was as calm as ever. As if the dimensional rift had closed completely.
But now, he could find Margaret and Enoch on the other side without creating a dimensional rift. He was confident that he could do what Jenas could not.
He turned to those watching him and said,
“I’ll find them.”
Margaret and Enoch.

I don’t know how much time passed. All I can feel is the heaviness in my stomach.
I slowly opened my eyes. I am lying on a pale surface of water. I don’t know what’s going on, so I just lay there and blinked.
There is no sun in the sky, but my surroundings are brightly lit. It feels very strange.
I looked down and saw a small child, about five years old, lying on my stomach, fast asleep.
Only then did I realize why my stomach felt heavy, and it was because of Eunji.
I don’t know what the hell is going on. Where am I, how much time has passed, and why is Eunji here?
I wonder if this is the afterlife. Or maybe it’s a dream. I don’t have a sense of reality.
Am I in a shallow sea? Or is it an ocean? I don’t know. There is no end in sight.
-splash.
I moved my body and the water rippled.
I sat up calmly and looked around. There was absolutely nothing.
Nothing but goosebump-inducing silence.
It looked like one of the countless dimensions I didn’t know about, or perhaps a rift in the dimension. I vaguely thought that if I was thrown through a dimension, I would end up in Korea, but apparently not.
Well, even if I cross the dimension and return to Korea, there is no place for me. Eunji and I are not dead, but we are in this eerily strange place.
